SHIPPING POLICY

UK SHIPPING

We try to keep shipping costs as low as we can and our prices start at £3.78 for a 2 to 3 days signed for service, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on weight.  The turnaround for candle orders is 7 to 10 days before shipping, this time is required as all of our candles are hand poured to order..

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are sorry we cannot ship outside of the UK at the moment , we hope to be able to offer this service very soon!  Keep checking back.

 

POSTAGE DISCLAIMER

With regret we are unable to insure delicate items such as ceramics, glass and other fragile materials including china, porcelain. Unfortunately most delivery couriers do not allow for compensation to be claimed should these items be damaged in transit. We make every effort to carefully, safely and securely wrap every single order we post to our customers and label such items as fragile in the hope delivery agents will take the time and care to be mindful of delicate products.

Should items be damaged in transit an exchange for the same product will be offered. In such cases where the product may not be available, a full refund excluding the postage cost will be given.  Please email us at hello@bettyglow.com in the first instance for returns instructions should they be required, please also attach proof of purchase and photographs of the damaged item  to your email. 

Should an order be returned to us if the recipient was unable to receive the order, we reserve the right to charge our standard shipping cost for the item to be redelivered.

Please note that all orders have a maximum 3 delivery attempts before the order is returned to us. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  Allow up to one week upon return of goods for funds to be credited to your original method of payment (minus any original shipping costs).  Products given as a gift can only be returned by the original purchaser.

Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. 

We recommend using a “signed for” service to guarantee proof of delivery back  to us. We will not refund any items lost in the post or not delivered in to us.

Make sure your items are securely wrapped, it is your responsibility to ensure returned items are resalable.

We take every precaution to ensure your candle arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible, however on rare occasion, breakage does occur in transit. If this has happened, please send us an email  with the following:

• Photos of the packaging and candle

• Order number

PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF REED DIFFUSERS AND REED DIFFUSER REFILLS
